Yes, all members who qualify (see the Terms of Service) are given a new smartphone of their choice for use and have the ability to upgrade the device every two years.

Premium Cellular acts only as the discount billing agent that allows you access to affordable phone plans and free mobile phone use. All other wireless services are handled through the carrier.
No. Our program is completely free to join.
Pricing is a flat rate. This includes taxes and smartphone insurance (a $10 value).
All wireless services are on a month-to-month basis and can be canceled at any time.
Premium Cellular will provide for a device payoff up to a certain amount. Please see our Terms of Service for specific details.
The charity you choose will receive a minimum of $10 per month donation for their fundraising efforts.
Billing is on a month-to-month basis with the option to cancel at any time. Autopay is required for all payments.
